Refund & Returns Policy
Digital Products (PDFs)
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue (for example, a broken link or duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days at customerservice@generationsthriving.com and we will make it right.
Print-on-Demand (Amazon KDP)
Print book refunds or replacements are handled directly by Amazon under their policies. If there is a print defect or delivery issue, request a replacement via your Amazon order page.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. For print-on-demand items, please follow Amazon’s exchange guidelines.
